Our Culture
Culture. It’s a big buzz word within our industry and the business world overall. But what is it exactly? How would one describe it?
Our company culture provides a foundation upon which everything is built; it’s something that has grown to define us and sets us a part from everyone else. It’s one thing to become as successful as we have been. It’s another way to do it it OUR way, a way in which people and relationships matter.
You, the employees, are the greatest asset our company has, and each of you contribute to our company’s growth and success in unique ways. But more importantly, you are a part of something bigger. You are a part of the Preiss Company family.
We wanted to capture this sentiment by creating a video of OUR people speaking to this.
