TURN Roundtable Series - Part 1 Leading Up to Turn
To most people, the months of July and August represent the middle of the summer, but to all of us who work in the student housing industry, it signifies the beginning of our annual process of moving out thousands of residents, making endless amounts of units ready, and moving in an eager and fresh crop of residents into each of our respective properties.
TURN is upon us! We recently hosted a round table discussion with our regional managers where they discussed their past experiences with TURN and shared tips and best practices. Collectively, this team has been through and help managed 100 TURNS!
Part 1 in our TURN Roundtable Series focuses on the time leading up to the start of TURN. What are some things to focus on in the time leading up to the start of TURN? What can one do to mentally and physically prepare for the next few weeks?
