Reminder
Open Enrollment for the 2020-2021 benefit plan year is currently active and will end on Tuesday, June 9th. Remember, you still need to elect your benefits even if you plan to make no changes to your current benefits.
Team Spotlight
Congrats to Gamecock Village and 2811 Hillsborough for becoming the next properties to reach 100% pre-leased for next year!
They join Collegiate Commons, University Glen, 1820 @ Centennial, Method Townhomes, and 2604 Hillsborough as Century Club members for the 2020-2021 leasing season!
Due to COVID-19, we unfortunately had to postpone #TPCOLC20 in Boston. We were all disappointed, but that didn’t stop the team at Signature 1909 from cheering themselves up by having a Boston themed celebration with some delicious looking donuts!
Last month our on-site property teams returned to their respective offices to prepare for the re-opening to the general public. Check out some of the teams as the safely documented that process!
