2020 PCO Awards | Official Nominees
We're so excited to kick off this week with the announcement of the nominees for the 2020 Virtual PCO Awards! The finalists for each award were nominated and voted on by company leaders from every department.
The award criteria was based on several factors including but not limited to the following.
Outstanding achievement and performance
Has shown ongoing initiative, leadership, and dedication
Team player and a steward for the Preiss Company culture
Earned the respect of their peers and have become a role model in their position
The winner in each category will be announced at our first ever live Virtual PCO Awards ceremony this Wednesday May 20th beginning at 7PM (EST).
For those of you who would like the opportunity to catch up with your PCO fam beforehand, we'll be hosting a happy hour starting at 6PM (EST) where you’ll be able to socialize with others from across the country!

Dress Attire
Although we're celebrating remotely, that doesn't mean that you won’t have the chance to dress to impress! The theme for the event is "Dressed-Up From the Waist Up" - (i.e: dress shirt with sweatpants, dress with leggings underneath, etc.)
Share your flair by posting on social media using the hashtags #2020VirtualPcoAwards #DressedUpFromTheWaistUp. The best dressed attendee will win a $250 Amazon Gift Card! We'll also be giving out numerous door prizes throughout the evening but you must be "present" to win. So make sure you stay tuned throughout the entire show!

Do you want to honor a teammate by giving them a shout-out during the awards show? Well here’s your chance! Click on the link below and submit your shout-out no later than 5PM (EST) on Tuesday May 19th. Feel free to submit as many as you’d like!

FAQs
What should I wear?
We're glad you asked! This years' theme is "Dressed-Up from the Waist Up!” Basically, it's party up top, casual on the bottom. For example, you could wear a dress with some comfortable yoga pants and slippers, or a shirt and tie with sweatpants. Look great and be comfortable!
Also, make sure to post a picture of yourself to social media and use the award show hashtag #DressedUpFromTheWaistUp so you can have a chance to win $250!
Are we required to attend?
Attendance is NOT required, but we strongly encourage you to join and help us honor and celebrate your peers. Plus we’ll have door prizes to give out throughout the awards show so you won’t want to miss out!
How do I attend the event?
We'll be sending out instructions and links closer to the event, so stay tuned to your TPCO e-mail accounts. The broadcast will be hosted via Vimeo and Zoom and will be much easier to access with a laptop or desktop computer. Also, we encourage you to enable the video feature on your device during the event so we can see everyone who’s joining!
How long will this event be?
We anticipate the entire show lasting about 1 hour from beginning to end.
Can we have a watch party with other team members?
You can, as long as you practice appropriate social distancing and wear appropriate PPE depending on the venue, etc.
