We have formed a partnership with Intersections, a Diversity and Inclusion Consulting firm who will assist us in our strategic planning and Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives. We recognize the need for a DEI Council within The Preiss Company in our effort to better understand and eliminate blind spots within the company and dedicate ongoing and intentional focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.
