July Round Up
Highlights
We are so grateful for the love and support that so many friends, family, and industry peers and partners have shown for Lane and Toni! The outpouring of support from all over has been nothing short of tremendous!
We did want to provide a quick update on Lane and Toni's condition. Toni is back home and resting comfortably. Her hand will need extensive rehabiliation to ensure full range of motion moving forward.
Lane still remains in the hospital in San Diego. Thankfully, she had no damage to any major arteries and the doctors at UCSD Hillcrest were able to perform emergency surgery to repair any damage to her internal organs; it appears that Lane won't need any more surgery! She does have severe bruising of her spinal cord and is working hard to regain mobility in her legs. Each day has resulted in more leg muscle movement, but she has a long road of intense physical therapy and rehab ahead. She has her family by her side in CA, but we're all hoping to get her back to NC soon.
Lane has been an absolute warrior and we could not be more proud of how hard she has fought through this entire ordeal. For those of you that know her, it's not a surprise!

Spotlight
We wanted to highlight one of our teams who went above and beyond recently! Marco Falcon and the University Trails recently hosted a visit from the property’s ownership group. College Station waste removal is managed by the city and experienced a shortage in available garbage trucks the week of the owner visit. As you can imagine, the trash piled up quickly.
Unlike some of the neighboring properties, the grounds at University Trails was immaculate and free of any trash. Marco and his team decided to take matters into their own hand by collecting trash themselves in order to keep the property clean. The owners of the property were blown away by their efforts!
Thank you to the University Trails team for your hard work and dedication. We are so thankful! WAY TO GO!!!

Employee Resource Groups (ERG)
Each month, the Employee Resource Groups formed by the TPCO DEI Council meet via Zoom to discuss topics pertaining to their group’s focus. We encourage you to join any and all of these ERG meetings for an opportunity to connect with fellow employees who share common interests.
