Although we’re barely into 2023, we’re very excited to announce two brand new editions to the TPCO portfolio!
First, say hello to 33 North Apartments in Denton, TX! This 3rd party management deal is our first entry into the Denton market. This property is located directly across from the Univesity of North Texas campus and offers one, two, three and four bedroom units. We’re thrilled to welcome this community of 427 beds into our student portfolio!
Also, please help us welcome Millennium One in Charlotte, NC! This is also a 3rd party management deal with our partner Nuveen. This 740-bed community is located minutes away from UNC Charlotte and offers one, two and four bedroom units. We are incredibly excited to get back into the Charlotte market which is a place that our company has decades of history.

TPCO Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council invites you to join!
The DEI Council was formed in late 2020 and has since created a mission, assessed and added additional company holidays to the TPCO calendar, created five employee resource groups, surveyed the company for blind spots, created goals and initiatives based on that survey, and created a DEI website.
In 2023 the Council will be focused on specific initiatives such as fine-tuning and deploying the DEI Website, Performance and Professional Development, Calendar and Events, Education, and Communications.
When joining the Council you will receive training in subjects such as Ethical Business Practices, Active Listening and Communication, and Gender and Sexual Diversity.
The Council meets once per month and we ask that those involved be able to devote 2 to 10 hours per month on DEI work. Anyone and everyone is welcome to apply - full-time, part-time, office, maintenance, shuttle drivers, corporate office. The more unique voices we have the stronger this Council will be!

Sara Clark has been promoted from her role as Senior Vice President to Executive Vice President of Property Management and will now serve on the Executive Team.
Chloe Rasmussen has been promoted from her role of Regional Vice President to Vice President of Property Management.
Chelsey Harper has been promoted from her role as Regional Manager to Regional Vice President.
Mike Kivitz and Colton Lassinger have been promoted from their roles as Regional Managers to Regional Directors.
Telsherree Hurd is moving from her role as Regional Manager into a new role and will now serve as Director, Management Specialists.
Jessica Decker and Tyler Hey have been promoted from their roles as Property Managers to Regional Managers and will now be a part of the Property Management Leadership Team.
Victoria Thacker is moving into a new role under the Corporate Operations Department as a Management Specialist.
Maddie Nolan has been promoted to the Leasing Manager at Arden Villas.
Jesus Alvarez has been promoted to the Leasing Manager at Gateway at Huntsville.
Jenna Best has been promoted to Business Manager at Signature 1909.
Jada Heron has moved to a new role under the Corporate Accounting Team as Corporate Accountant.
