This form was designed to provide an opportunity for us to connect with you to discuss your unique talents, interests, and ambitions. It also provides us valuable feedback about your personal aspirations and where you envision your career within the Preiss Company to be in the future.
We invite you to fill out a TPCO Career Development Form when you are ready to discuss your future! Once you complete this form, you will have the opportunity to participate in a career-development session where we'll discuss the details of your submission and formulate a Career Development Plan. This process is optional, but highly encouraged!

This was a record year for the Century Club with 42 properties reaching 100% pre-leased! Congratulations to all of you for this outstanding achievement!
Update
When you elect the Choice medical plan, you may be eligible to enroll in a Health Savings Account. Similar to an FSA, you can use these pre-tax funds to pay for out of pocket medical expenses. And, The Preiss Company will give you an annual, one-time payment of $200 if you have Employee only coverage, and $400 if you cover dependents. It's not too late to open an HSA, or make changes to your bi-weekly contributions. Contact hr@tpco.com for details.

“I want to shout out our Leasing Consultant, Sydnie Siniwe. She has been through 3 turns with me and two transitions and absolutely killed it. She comes in before everyone, stays late when needed, and steps up above and beyond for me without being asked!
I also want to shout out our Maintenance Team, Kendrick Pemberton, Kyle Nolan, and Tonya Macklin for their hard work during turn and for staying diligent and never complaining even when we had several curve balls thrown at us. (flooding, leaks, etc).”
“I want to give a huge shout out to those folks that stopped by during turn to help ensure this team was successful! @Joe Woo, thank you for always being my sounding board and emotional support friend to get me through the chaos. @Toni Yrlas, thank you for helping with damages and for allowing me time to just vent! @Lauren Dalia thank you for the endless support this turn, this leasing season and during all the capex chaos! You’ve only been my regional for a few months but I’m so lucky to have you in my corner! Our first turn at a property can always be stressful but I appreciate you all sticking through it and making it a great experience and great move-in day (besides all the sunburns and sweat)!

“Shout out to Nikki for handling her first turn so well! You had a lot of different obstacles thrown at you, including getting COVID 3 days before move-in but you handled it like a champ!! Proud of you and the team you have there!!!
Shout out to Victor, Kristen and the Mustang Team for staying calm, “cool” and collected when a Texas wild fire broke out right next to your property the day before move in day! While you all reacted perfectly, I hope we never had to deal with something like that ever again!
Shout out to Allie for rocking her first turn as PM and then jumping on a plane 3 days after move in to go assist another site! You rocked turn so nice, we made you do it TWICE!!!
Shout out to the Wolf Creek Team for a successful move in day and to Whitney for having to juggle all the ins and outs of turn ontop of a last min owner site visit with what turned out to be potential buyers!!
