This 684 bed community is our first property in Oklahoma and is in close proximity to the University of Oklahoma. This cottage style product has resort style amenities and came online in 2015. We’re excited to expand our presence in the Sooner state!

We have officially SOLD and repurchased Signature Hartwell Village in Clemson, SC with our new partner, Nuveen. We are excited about this next phase for SHV and appreciate everyone's involvement to make this possible and to get through this process!
