Company Highlights
We’re thrilled to announce that the newest member of the TPCO portfolio, Signature Hartwell Village located in Clemson, SC, has achieved Certificates of Occupancy for the entire property over one month ahead of schedule. This is a tremendous accomplishment in light of the obvious challenges since breaking ground in early 2020. Congratulations everyone and special thanks to Wallace Johnson and the rest of the Signature Hartwell team for pushing us over the finish line!
Company Announcement
The Preiss Company will be closed on Saturday July 3rd, Sunday July 4th, and Monday July 5th in honor of Independence Day. All property leasing offices and the corporate office will resume normal business operations on Tuesday, July 6th.
We hope you take the extended weekend to enjoy good food, better company, and of course, fireworks. Have a safe and happy 4th of July!

Also, effective July 1, 2021, all eligible employees will begin using their accrued PTO for any days missed due to quarantine or positive COVID results. If an employee has not used their 16 hours of SICK time since March 15, 2020, those hours remain with each employee through the end of 2021.
We've been really pleased to see our COVID employee cases drop significantly since earlier in the year and we hope we can continue on that trend through the rest of 2021.
