We’re very excited to announce two new editions to the TPCO portfolio!
Welcome Valentine Commons! This 928-bed high rise property is located a few blocks away from the Corporate Office and within walking distance to North Carolina State University in our hometown of Raleigh, NC. A 10 million dollar renovation has been planned that includes new amenities and interiors. This deal marks the largest single asset transaction and largest renovation scope in our company’s history!
Also, please welcome Greene Crossing Apartments located in Columbia, SC! This 726-bed community is within walking distance to the University of South Carolina and is the second asset we manage in the Columbia market.

Last month, we added 2 more members to the Century Club! Congratulations to each of these teams on reaching 100%!
This brings the total to 39 properties in our portfolio that have reached the Century Club! Congrats to all of you!

Recently, our owner and CEO Donna Preiss was a guest on the Code 53 Podcast presented by NMHC. This podcast regularly features industry executives, leading experts in the field and practitioners on what it takes to create communities.

Congratulations to Victoria Thacker for winning the quarterly drawing of $500! As a reminder, there will be 3 more quarterly drawings between now and June 2023. Complete the Be Grateful challenge in November to be eligible for the next $500 quarterly drawing (October-December)!

Each month, the Employee Resource Groups formed by the TPCO DEI Council meet via Zoom to discuss topics pertaining to their group’s focus. We encourage you to join any and all of these ERG meetings for an opportunity to connect with fellow employees who share common interests.
