Spotlight
October marked the first official month of the upcoming leasing year and as a portfolio we signed north of 2300 leases more than we did at this time last year. This equates to a 10.68% increase year over year!
Even after a record breaking leasing year in 2021-2022, the entire TPCO portfolio is off to a very hot start! A huge shout out to all of the property teams who are making it happen! Keep it up!
Highlight
This past July, TPCO rolled out a new benefit package offered through New Benefits. These services are available to all of our full time employees at no cost to you.
Reminder
Don’t forget to register for the TPCO Wellness Program! Through the Wellness program you can earn up to 600 points annually, which you can exchange in the Rewards Mall for gift cards to various places including Amazon or Target or even a Visa gift card!

Note: The Age Gage health self-assessment is required for all Wellness program participants to be eligible to redeem earned points through the Reward Mall within the wellness portal/app.
Employee Resource Groups (ERG)
Each month, the Employee Resource Groups formed by the TPCO DEI Council meet via Zoom to discuss topics pertaining to their group’s focus. We encourage you to join any and all of these ERG meetings for an opportunity to connect with fellow employees who share common interests.
