Say hello to The Bridges Dinkytown and The Knoll Dinkytown! These two 3rd party management additions are the Preiss Company’s first venture into the North Star State of Minnesota. These properties are located in Minneapolis and are located less than 1 mile from the University of Minnesota. Combined, these two communities add 586 beds to our student portfolio. Help us welcome these communities and teams to the Preiss Company family!
