“I wanted to shout out Josh Ragland at the Row and Greene Crossing in Columbia, SC. Josh has been in the Area Property Manager role in Columbia for only a few months now and has been involved at Greene Crossing since just this past October. Row has always performed well, but Greene Crossing has made a significant improvement since we acquired it as a 3rd party takeover. Visiting Greene Crossing for the first time in a few months, I can’t put into words the night and day difference that good quality management and attentiveness have made. Greene Crossing’s success has helped solidify Preiss as Nuveen’s preferred student housing provider! I’m so proud of you, Josh!”

A big shout out to Josh Ragland and the Columbia team for the continued improvements at Greene Crossing since we got management in October 2022. We had a VIP site visit from ownership a few weeks ago and Josh and his teams knocked it out of the park! Keep up the great work!
Shout out to Jake Davis for his oversight in the flooring upgrades at Quantum on West Call. Replacing flooring on a 752 bed property while they’re occupied is no easy feat, but Jake has really crushed it. Not only has Jake maintained the schedule, but we’re on track to finish early. He also handled any small resident complaints as they came up during the process. Thanks for all your hard work, Jake!”
