Formerly known as Aspen Heights, this 538-bed property delivered in 2020 and is located steps from the University of Tennessee. This community offers a unit mix consisting of studios, one, two, three, four and five bedroom units and has a rooftop pool. We’re thrilled to welcome this community into our student portfolio!
Please also say hello to The Courtyard Lofts in Chapel Hill, NC! This is another 3rd party management addition and is our third property in Chapel Hill. This 54-bed community is located three blocks away from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on Franklin Street, which is the center of Chapel Hill’s social life.
