Announcement
Last month, we were able to successfully recapitalize the Outpost located in San Marcos, TX. This marks the company’s first official transaction of 2023!
This is a deal that was nine months in the making and represents the third deal we’ve closed with BCEGI as a partner. This helps us keep an asset the Preiss Company has owned for 7 years in our student portfolio!
We have now completed 15 recaps in the past 10 years which brings our total to over 10,000 beds, 5,000 of which are still currently in our portfolio!
