We are pleased to announce John Preiss has been appointed as President of The Preiss Company!
Over the course of nearly two decades with the company, John has held a series of increasingly responsible roles including Broker and Vice President, Executive Vice President of New Business Development, and Chief Investments Officer, where he was responsible for overseeing all of TPCO's investments and joint ventures.

Announcement
In our continued effort to enhance and optimize the employee experience at The Preiss Company, we are excited to announce that we are expanding our Paid Maternity and Parental Leave policies. New mothers will now be given 12 weeks of paid maternity leave after the birth of their child. This is in addition to Short Term Disability leave, if applicable. Additionally, our Parental Leave will now provide 4 weeks of paid leave for new fathers as well as adoptive and foster parents.
Our team members are our top priority. This is not just because each individual is instrumental to our success as an organization, but because we also believe that supporting all employees as people is the right thing to do. We are passionate about our employees and believe that not only will these additional weeks make it easier for new parents to balance their work and personal responsibilities, but also create a new best practice for others in our industry to follow.
Reminder
As a reminder, our Open Enrollment window begins Tuesday, May 31st, and continues through Friday, June 10th. All eligible, full-time employees will need to complete the Open Enrollment election process in UKG, as none of our benefits automatically roll over. The benefit summary booklet can be found in PreissCentral.
