We’re excited to welcome Madera as our 3rd student community in San Antonio, TX! Madera offers 504 beds to the UTSA market, varying in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom floor plans. This property boasts impressive community amenities such as a resort-style pool, full-size basketball court, fitness center, theater, and more!
Highlight
We would like to take this opportunity to announce some new employee benefits and perks. Starting in 2024, we will be officially adding Juneteenth (June 19) to our company holiday schedule. The company has honored this day of service in a variety of ways in prior years, but we felt it more appropriate to officially add Juneteenth to the holiday schedule so everyone can better plan ahead for how they would like to celebrate and honor this day.
Additionally, we’re making some enhancements to our holiday schedule when certain holidays fall on a Tuesday or a Thursday. In any given year, if July 4th, Christmas Day, and/or New Year’s Day fall on a Tuesday or a Thursday, we will officially give the preceding Monday or the following Friday off as an official holiday for all employees. For example, July 4th, 2024 falls on a Thursday. Therefore, we will be adding Friday, July 5th as an official holiday so our team members are able to better take advantage of the full holiday weekend.
