We are thrilled to share the launch of Catalyst, a new Summer Development Program at the Corporate office in Raleigh! This program will be a fantastic opportunity to bring fresh perspectives, energy, and innovation into our corporate office while investing in the next generation of talent.
Catalyst will welcome a select group of summer interns who will come to Raleigh this summer to work within a preferred corporate department (PM, Ops, Marketing, Accounting, etc), gaining hands-on experience and contributing to meaningful projects in a dynamic work environment. This inaugural class will be exposed to Preiss culture first-hand and will have the opportunity to network with our leadership team and receive direct feedback from our executive team and department heads. Additionally, this program will be an opportunity for our leadership teams to mentor future professionals while also benefiting from their ideas and enthusiasm.
The program structure will be as follows:
Eligibility: Current Preiss part-time employees, hired prior to 12/31/2024
Location: Corporate Office, Raleigh, NC
Duration and Schedule:
May 21st to August 8th
Weekly commitment of 40 hours per week
Compensation: Minimum of $18 per hour. Housing will be provided.
Interested candidates will complete an online application HERE, to include a resume, followed by interviews, either in-person or virtual via Zoom. The application deadline is March 7th.

“I would like to shout out Jacob Smith. He was hired as our Marketing Assistant last year. He does so much more than that, however. He is a great asset to our team in all areas.
