“I would like to shout out our maintenance tech (Dahnavon Clephane). He always does an outstanding job. This past few weeks, he has worked even harder than normal. Our supervisor was on vacation for around 3 weeks. During this time, we had blizzard like conditions, many no heats, and a lot of other work orders from the residents getting back from Winter break. He handled it all like a champ, and even continued checking in with me to make sure I wasn’t too stressed out. I am so lucky to have such an amazing team. I am thankful for them all every day. Dahnavon, you rock!”
“Shout out to Lane and Belter on their BIG new roles! You both have taken your new responsibilities in stride, and I’m so grateful to be on the same team as the both of you!
