Say hello to Hoffler Place! This 74 unit, 258 bed student housing community is located right on King Street in downtown Charleston SC and serves the students of the College of Charleston.
Hoffler Place is our second asset in the Charleston market, along with 61 Vandy. We're very excited to expand our presence in the Lowcountry! Check out the property website HERE.
This marks our third deal under management with our client, Palatine Capital Partners. Under our management, we will work closely with ownership to refresh the building entrance and lobby. We look forward to improving the operations at the property and providing the top-tier results that our team delivers.
