A few months ago, we shared an exciting update: we’re evolving our brand to better reflect who we are today and where we’re headed.
As of today, that evolution is live to the world.
We’re officially dropping “The” and “Company” and moving forward simply as Preiss. It’s a cleaner, bolder, more modern identity—one that aligns with our growth, our culture, and the way we show up every day for our residents, partners, and each other.
This public launch includes a full visual refresh across our websites, signage, marketing materials, and social platforms. It’s a major milestone and it wouldn’t have happened without the hard work of so many of you. I want to thank everyone who played a role in bringing it to life. Whether you helped shape creative decisions, updated internal materials, or supported the overall brand rollouts behind the scenes—you helped make this possible.

Milestone Anniversaries
We’d like to recognize everyone celebrating their work anniversary this month! We’re so glad you’re a part of the TPCO family and appreciate all you do!
We have made a change to the way we calculate an employee’s milestone! From now on, for the employees who left and returned to the company, we will be couting your total time as your milestone. For example, if you worked 3 years for Preiss and then left and returned for 2 years, your milestone will be 5 years in the month that your total time hits the milestone.
