We’re excited to announce the addition of The Avenue at Norman to our portfolio. This property expands our footprint in Oklahoma and is our second asset in Norman.
Avenue Norman is composed of 314 units and 896 beds and located just to the north of the University of Oklahoma. This deal marks our 4th acquisition with Palatine Capital Partners on the third party management side. We're excited for this addition to our portfolio and looking forward to a smooth transition and execution! Click HERE to check out our new addition!
The property is expected to see over $3.5M in capital improvements in the near term, including a complete overhaul of the design of the 10,000+ square foot clubhouse and other amenity spaces throughout the property.

Coming soon….. Our 1st annual Preiss Gives Back - Day of Service, taking place across all sites during the week of April 20th, 2026.
The week will be dedicated to coming together as a team to support local initiatives and organizations.
What to Expect:
Service Across All Sites: All communities, the Corporate Office, and remote team members will pause operations for the day to serve and give back in their local communities.
Team Building: Use this time to connect with your colleagues while giving back to your neighbors.

Our first Preiss Gives Back Community Impact spotlight features Amanda Vinka, who volunteers with Lasagna Love, a nationwide organization that connects volunteers with families in need of a home-cooked meal.
Inspired by her Italian roots and the belief that food brings comfort and connection, Amanda has delivered more than 40 homemade meals to families in the Austin area. Each delivery is a small act of kindness that makes a big difference.

We have made a change to the way we calculate an employee’s milestone! From now on, for the employees who left and returned to the company, we will be couting your total time as your milestone. For example, if you worked 3 years for Preiss and then left and returned for 2 years, your milestone will be 5 years in the month that your total time hits the milestone.
