Shomari Watford relocated from Signature West Midtown in Atlanta, GA and is the new Property Manager at the Current at Coastal in Myrtle Beach, SC.

“I want to write to you about Elizabeth Wright, the Area Property Manager for Signature 1505, as I want to commend your company and most importantly Elizabeth on how well Elizabeth has been handling the current situation, of the water pipe overflow.
Elizabeth has been very helpful in this unfortunate situation, with the water pipe overflowing which has caused my daughter, Sarah, to have to move out of her apartment and incur damage to some of her items, at no fault of her own. As this event has been stressful to Sarah, I am sure this event has been stressful on you and Elizabeth. Elizabeth has really shown her professionalism and true character throughout this situation, as Elizabeth has been very helpful in ensuring Sarah’s disruption of this event is minimized.
Having Elizabeth really reflects well on you, as having talented employees, such as Elizabeth, reflects how well upper management really cares about the company and its success. Elizabeth has been very communicative on updating us with the status, and trying to minimize Sarah’s disruption as Sarah’s main focus at this time is trying to stay healthy, during this pandemic, and focus on her schoolwork.
In the end, I hope Elizabeth is recognized by management, on how she is handling this event.”

“I’d like to shout out the entire Park on Morton team for reaching budgeted occupancy and making my time at Park on Morton so enjoyable, as I get ready to relocate to Orlando.
The team at Park on Morton has truly become my family. I can’t thank Josh Knutson enough, for bringing me into his friends group, as I moved to a new state on my own. That will always mean so much to me. Dawson, for being the brains of our leasing operations and being such an integral part of our cohesive management plan at POM. Johnnie, for being the DAD of the property and truly caring for the property and even more about the residents. Having a maintenance supervisor like that makes my job so much more enjoyable. Bob, your knowledge has proven to be an incredible asset. I appreciate your hard work day in and day out, always putting the well being of the property first. Kennita and CC being on the forefront of leasing, always going above and beyond and setting an amazing example of how a leasing agent should be. Abbie, Rebecca and Garret, y’all stepped into a fast paced environment, caught on at lightning speed and have continued to do such an incredible job. Perhaps most impressive, Marco has a servant’s heart and gladly works with the most positive attitude I have seen in a long time, perhaps ever. Even through the storms that devastated Texas, he made the choice every single day to find positive things to focus on in both his personal and professional life, rather than the negativity that plagued the state in brobdingnagian proportions.
Marco has a strong faith, a strong spirit, and a strong work ethic that makes him a huge asset to TPCO and everyone lucky enough to know him.

“On behalf of the entire Signature 1505 staff, I’d like to give the BIGGEST shout out possible to our maintenance technician, LaMont Wilson! We had a big flood on a Sunday that consisted of basically nothing but raw sewage backed up into two units as well as residents hallway. He spent 12 hours on the property cleaning/bleaching everything by hand, only for it to happen again. He did not once complain, but stayed on site to see all vendors in and make sure necessary work was completed. My hat is off to you, my friend, and we couldn’t do it without you. I think I speak on behalf of all 7 effected residents as well!”
