WorkLifeMatters is our Employee Assistance Program. It provides employees and family members with confidential, personal and web-based support on a wide variety of important and relevant topics – such as stress management, dependent/elder care, nutrition, fitness and legal and financial issues.

Blue Cross Blue Shield is our medical provider. For full time employees who have elected medical coverage, our carrier not only provides for your basic healthcare needs, but they also offer help to find hospitals that deliver superior specialty care, deals and discounts for healthier living, Blue Rewards for completing certain activities, tobacco cessation support, and so much more. Specifics can be found on their website or app called Blue Connect 

Guardian is our provider for Dental, Life and Disability coverages. By logging into the Guardian portal you will have immediate access to your dental card, as well as any claims you have submitted.

Superior Vision is our vision provider. Log into the member portal to find a participating eye care center near you.

Our Learning Stipend program offers reimbursement when employees chose to expand or acquire new skills needed to perform their jobs more effectively, or to grow into a new role within The Preiss Company. Here is the link for the form you can use to submit a request.
