We're excited to announce the closing of 24 Longview, a new property added to our growing portfolio. This project, located in West Campus (Austin, TX) is 74 units and 243 beds. It comes to us well occupied in the upper 90s and preleased in the mid 60s.
This is our first deal with our new client, Entrada Partners, on the third-party management side. We're excited about the relationship and look forward to working closely with their team to achieve their goals.
24 Longview will undergo extensive exterior and amenity renovations to bring a more modern appeal to the project and to drive more effective resident programming opportunities. Additionally, the units will receive light renovations to include an updated paint color and smart unit features, such as thermostats, locks, and more!

We’re excited to announce another new addition to our growing portfolio. Our client Citrine Partners has successfully closed on Gorman Row, a 19 unit, 76 bed project located adjacent to Greek Village at NC State University in Raleigh. This is the second deal we will manage for Citrine Parters, joining The Lookout in Chapel Hill.
This mix of townhomes and single family homes brings a unique product type to our existing Raleigh portfolio. The property comes to us at 100% occupancy and 100% preleased for 25/26 AY.
