We're proud to be recognized in the TITAN Best Rebranding Effort - Best Corporate Rebranding category, celebrating the strategy and creativity it takes to redefine and relaunch a brand.
Our brand transformation was imagined and executed entirely by our in-house design and marketing team, making this achievement especially meaningful. Every element of the rebrand reflects the passion, collaboration, and vision of the people who live and breathe the Preiss brand every day.

If there’s one thing the Preiss Leadership Conference does better than just about anything else, it’s bringing together our people to celebrate the culture, grit, and heart that make our company special.
At #PREISSLC25 in Washington, DC, we kicked off an incredible few days of learning, connection, and fun with one of our favorite traditions: Preiss Awards Night—an evening dedicated to recognizing the teammates who went above and beyond this past year.

Between your leadership over the other agents and your own leasing (signing 218 leases in just 6 weeks is insane), you are a large part of why Chapel Hill 91% pre-leased before December. Seeing you grow as an agent and a leader has been one of the greatest pleasures of my time with Preiss. Sanvi and Hugh, thank you for being the first face our residents see, keeping things running during the conference, and showing up everyday ready to help us improve. We have made a change to the way we calculate an employee’s milestone! From now on, for the employees who left and returned to the company, we will be couting your total time as your milestone. For example, if you worked 3 years for Preiss and then left and returned for 2 years, your milestone will be 5 years in the month that your total time hits the milestone.
